Bachelors degree, cumulative GPA (grade point average) of at least 2.8 on a 4.0 scale for all college work, current state-approved teaching credential OR Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) credentials, and a minimum of one (1) year of teaching experience

The program is taught in groups of 20 to 25 students. New students will have the opportunity to connect with currently enrolled students to provide guidance and networking opportunities. All degree work is completed online, with no residency requirements or classroom attendance.

The Master of Science in Special Education is intended for those interested in gaining greater skills and expertise in the area of Special Education and/or a teaching certificate in the area of special education. Candidates seeking PA special education certification must have been issued a prior PA Instructional I or Instructional II teaching certificate.

A four-year bachelors degree from a regionally accredited institution in the United States with minimum GPA of 3.0. Proof of certification for teaching.

Two letters of recommendation. A resume and an essay of approximately 500 words. on why you wish to pursue graduate study in this field.
